TRANSITION INTO FALL
The confusing (yet pleasant) weather that the beginning of Fall brings with it is best countered with light knits like this off-shoulder top, and an on-trend printed bomber jacket for men.
BOW TO THE BOW-TIE
Day weddings in the Fall are the perfect time to don the ‘ol school bow-tie (and not just for men). Take your pick from the good ‘ol black (bow) tie, or more #TurntUp versions in bold colours+prints.
Channel your inner party girl and envelope yourself in heady notes of exotic pink apple lady, maraschino cherry and peach nectar, with an undercurrent of vanilla, pink champagne, patchouli and musk with Paris Hilton’s Dazzle.
Since Fall is when it’s the best time to play outdoor sports, or woo bae with an ‘ol school picnic, might we suggest Classic by David Beckham – with notes of grapefruit, violet, pineapple, sage and apple, that’ll keep you smelling fresh all day.
THE GIN EXPLORERS CLUB
Food Talk India is rounding up all the gin lovers in the Capital to come try out the various gins+tonics (both homegrown and foreign) and food that go along with it on the 22nd & 23rd of this month at the Olive Bar & Kitchen in Mehrauli. Gin has fast-gained popularity, and no one understands this better than Anjali Batra, self-confessed gin-lover & Founder, Food Talk India. Says she of this first-of-its-kind ‘immersive, interactive pop-up that will explore the cooler side of gin’,”With the growth and accessibility of gins both abroad and the advent of homegrown brands, we are going to be exploring the interesting stories that go behind a good gin, like the Monkey 47 has been around for only about 25 years, but has a close to 100-year ‘ol history behind it.”
The Tom Clancy political thriller will have you on the edge of your seats as protagonist Jack (only the plot of like every major political thriller that has come out of America in the last decade, but we’ll take it). Regardless, it’s a good watch and we at The Juice vouch for it. Catch all ze action on Prime.
